The companies in our Group, comprising S.A.I.S. Srl, Ittica Resenzola, Ittica Risorgive and Ittica Patoc, all consist of members’ families who set up the first long-standing company, i.e. S.A.I.S., which is still based in Zoppola.

The successes achieved, the need to find new production sites and the desire to experiment with breeding different types of fish have enabled the Group to expand to the provinces of Udine and to Trentino Alto Adige, due to the characteristics of those areas.

The feature that all our plants share is the goodness of the water, which always comes from springs and, in many cases, directly from springs at the various fish farms.
Our fish farms are also equipped with wells, from which we can draw water in the event of prolonged and severe drought.
